Aromas of red fruit and delicate spice are perfectly integrated with mineral notes that make for a full and intense drop, characterized by an excellent balance between sweetness and structure. The tannic and smooth texture is striking on the palate, ending in a savoury and lively finish. It is made from 90% Sangiovese and 10% Colorino grapes

This Chianti pairs well with roasted red meats, such as slow-cooked lamb, as well as pasta dishes with tomato-based sauces. It is best served at 16-18 C to enhance its flavours and aromas.
