This Cuvee is a blend of Pinot Noir (57%), Chardonnay (42%) with a dash of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Gris. Sourced from our estate vineyard at Relbia in northern Tasmania. Pale straw with a lively fine bead. Aromas of crisp Granny Smith apple and citrus. A lively palate of crunchy green apple and lemon with hints of toasted biscuit. Richness and complexity in its youth thanks to delicate aldehydic layering.

This Tasmanian Cuvee pairs well with Salmon, Mushrooms, Pizza, Charcuterie, Ham, Stuffed Red Pepper, Chicken Dishes and Rabbit.
