Bright pale yellow in colour with initial discreet aromas of sage, evolving to reveal notes of lemon verbena and fresh almond.

Light and well-structured palate due to the late harvest, it expressing floral, hawthorn, and citrus aromas, leading to a light and refreshing finish.

This wine should be served between 10-12 C and it has the cellaring potential for 2-3 years. It will pair nicely with white fish, charcuterie or enjoyed as an aperitif.
