Appearance: A deep and brilliant red wine with purplish highlights.

Aroma: Inviting aromas of ripe blackberries, dark cherries, and plums, complemented by hints of dried herbs, liquorice, and a touch of spice.

Palate: Full-bodied and velvety, featuring juicy black fruit flavours, balanced acidity, and fine tannins. Subtle notes of cocoa, black pepper, and balsamic add layers of complexity, leading to a long, satisfying finish.

Serving Temperature: 18-20 C

Decanting: 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving. This allows the wine to breathe, releasing its full range of aromas and flavours.

This wine will pair well with aged cheeses, roasted red meats, game meats, mushroom based dishes and rich tomato based pasta sauces.
