Aroma: Intense notes of blackberries and blackcurrants, complemented by subtle spicy undertones

Palate: Medium-bodied and velvety, featuring flavours of dark berries and plums, with a savoury finish and hints of chocolate from oak aging

This wine will pair well with grilled red meats, game meat, aged cheeses and mushroom based dishes. Recommended to be served between 16 18 C. Decanting is recommended for 30-60 minutes before serving.
