This wine has a deep, dark garnet colour with enticing aromas of blackcurrant and clove. Fresh, round, and silky mouthfeel with flavours of cherry and licorice. The finish is elegant with a refreshing minty note.

Serving is recommended at 15-17 C and is best paired with aged cheeses, suckling pig and roasted red meats and has a cellaring potential of 7-10 years.
