A fresh and mineral-rich 2021 vintage from Domaine La Rogerie in Alsace, crafted from granite-based soils in the villages of Niedermorschwihr, Katzenthal and Turckheim, aged in used barrels for one year.

Colour: Pale straw yellow with green-tinged reflections

Aroma: Lemon zest, lime peel, white flower lift, flinty minerality, hint of alpine stone

Palate: Crisp high acidity, vibrant citrus-driven fruit, taut mineral backbone, long elegant finish

Cellaring: Best enjoyed from now through to around 2028 for freshness or can hold until about 2030 for added complexity
