The 2021 vintage presents a flinty and chalky structure, complemented by delicate lime and fennel aromas. On the palate, it offers a fine, linear profile with a subtle oak influence, providing a clean and persistent finish. James Suckling describes it as having a "furled Burgundian-like nose of wet stone, flint, and orchard fruits," with a "gently mid-weighted" palate.

Pairs well with roast lamb with red wine jus, roasted chicken, creamy pasta dishes and grilled seafood.
