A blend of 75% pinot noir, 20% chardonnay and 5% pinot meunier.

Its pale gold colour with very light golden reflections does not betray its age, just like its nose of great liquorice freshness. The complexity of the 2012 vintage is expressed in the nose with yummy notes of marshmallow, peach and apricot, supported by fresh floral notes of honeysuckle and elderflower. On the palate, the attack is clear, tense and the aromatic palette grows as the tasting progresses with a silky mid-palate with notes of hazelnut and dry apricot and a zesty finish, of a remarkable length.

Pair with lobster salad or with Thai crab cakes and Sweet chilli sauce.
