Aroma: Intense and complex, featuring ripe yellow-fleshed fruits, notes of Mediterranean shrubs, iodine hints, and nuances of sweet spices and pastry.

Palate: Energetic and enveloping, with freshness and salinity driving the rhythm, underpinned by aromatic fruity and balsamic hints.

Serving Temperature: 7-9 C

This wine will pair very well with seafood and shellfish especially, but will also pair nicely with semi-mature cheeses, roasted chicken, tomato rich dishes and grilled/roasted vegetables.
