Colour: Pale straw gold with bright clarity

Aroma: Meyer lemon, yellow pear, white flowers, soft pastry notes and crushed chalk minerality

Palate: Crisp bright acidity, fine persistent mousse, pure orchard fruit core, mineral?driven backbone and a long clean finish

Cellaring: Best enjoyed now through to around 2038 for optimal complexity
