Colour: Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections

Aroma: Lemon zest, grapefruit, green apple, white flowers, subtle chalk and flint minerality

Palate: Crisp bright acidity, precise fruit, layered texture, mineral spine and a lingering saline finish

Cellaring: Best enjoyed now through to around 2030 for freshness and up to mid?2030s for deeper complexity
