Very elegant expression of pure Malvasia Istriana, fine and full of energy for a wine of particular strength and intensity, persistent. Both in the vineyard and in the cellar there are no manipulations or shortcuts. Maceration on skins in open vats with multiple daily punching down and subsequent aging in oak barrels.

It sips with clean flavours, which works well on the table, even on complex and aromatically elaborate dishes.
