This wine is a blend of Garganega and Trebbiano, fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in stainless steel to preserve its fresh, mineral character. With an alcohol content of 11.5%, it offers a lively profile marked by citrus notes, green apple, and subtle almond nuances.
