Lime juice and lime leaf with floral apple blossom and earthy slate rocks. A touch of candy apple sweetness polishes the edges of tight angular mineral lines. Good weight and persistence through the mid-palate to a long tail of a pure juicy lime finish. Will handle 10 years plus in the cellar.
