Colour: Pale lemon-yellow with a hint of green over a pewter fleck.

Aromas: Aromas of refined lemon pith and wet slate are lifted by very subtle brioche and a delicate note of strawberry sorbet. Almost infinitely fine aromatics.

Palate: The palate shows an intense bead and lively mousse, carrying flavours of brioche, lemon zest, and Granny Smith apple blossom along a crisp, crunchy acid line. A dry, bracing aperitif style.

Food Pairing: Aperitifs / Light Starters - oysters, shellfish, ceviche, sashimi. Light fish dishes. Pasta with butter, lemon, herbs; risotto with shellfish or light mushrooms. Light poultry. Salads. Mild creamy cheeses.
