Aromas: Pears, ripe apple, ruby grapefruit; subtle rose petal florals. Also hints of ginger and lemon verbena.

Palate: Silky, plush entry; flavours of ripe pear and apple carry through. Builds with spicy citrus, mineral/talc notes, apple sorbet?like texture. Gentle phenolics create a dry, textured finish, long, juicy, flavoursome.
