Colour: Pale lemon yellow with a green-gold hue.

Aromas: The nose is lifted with intense white florals and wild herbs jasmine carried on a breeze with sage and thyme. Ripe stone fruit, poached pear, and a subtle hint of nougat add richness to the aromatic profile, giving the wine a fragrant and varietally true perfume.

Palate: On the palate, white peach, a touch of marzipan, and lemon pith define the entry, underpinned by ripe apple and a mineral citrus note that adds depth and drive. The flavour profile is expansive and slightly exotic, with a delicate spicy-floral nuance. Phenolics and texture are so finely entwined with the fruit that the tactile sensation becomes an extension of the aromatic spectrum.

Food Pairing: Long, flavoursome, and commanding of generously flavoured food including grilled or pan-seared scallops. Oysters, mussels with garlic lemongrass butter. Roast chicken. Thai green curry. Salads and well as soft cheeses.
