Produced from established Organic vines creating a hearty full bodied style with rich dark plum and blackcurrant fruit flavours. Add a touch of mocha and mintiness from French oak barrel maturation, along with fine tannins and you have a wine of great depth and richness. Mudgee Cabernet responds beautifully to bottle age, so there's time for added complexity and softness.

Serve with Grilled or char-grilled steak, roast lamb, beef short rib, slow-cooked or braised. BBQ. Portobello mushrooms. Aged cheeses.
