Pale gold with greenish hues in colour with hints of white flowers, such as acacia and rose petals, along with a discreet vanilla aroma.

The wine is very round in the mouth, with a hint of acidity that allows it to retain its minerality.

For optimal enjoyment, serve this wine chilled at 10-12 C which will allow its minerality, freshness, and complex aromas to be fully appreciated. This wine will pair nicely with grilled scallops, shellfish and rich fish such as salmon and tuna.
