Rowlee's vineyard sits in the foothills of Mount Canobolas, 950 metres above sea level in Orange, NSW. Their aim is to make delicious wine like this mouth-watering drop.

Colour: Vibrant mid-ruby.

Aromas: Pot pourri, cherry, raspberry and bay leaf aromas.

Palate: Savoury and earthy entry with a mix of bright cranberry and cherry fruit, attractive spice notes, firm tannins, tight acidity and background oak on the juicy finish.

Food Pairing: Roast chicken, pork tenderloin. Quail. Dishes with mushrooms. Cheese plate that includes Brie, Gruy re and Aged Manchego.
