Aroma: Fragrant aromas of white peach, lemon zest, cashew and a kiss of flinty lees rise from the glass.

Palate: The palate is medium-bodied and textured, offering stone fruit with subtle citrus pith, creamy lees richness and crisp acidity. A thread of wet-stone minerality imparts tension and length, while balanced oak adds structure without weight. Clean and precise, it finishes fresh and lingering.
