Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Pronounced ripe peach top notes intermix with hints of apricot, honeysuckle, cr me brulee and faint bacon fat notes. Rich fleshy textured peach, pear and melon fruits drive the palate with some delicate honeysuckle and spice elements lying underneath. Showing plenty of freshness it has a medium to long fruit driven finish.

Pair with grilled or roasted chiekn, turkey or pork. Seafood. Creamy pasta or risotto. Soft cheeses.
