Appearance: The Hill 5 Shiraz Cabernet is a vibrant deep cherry red colour.

Aroma: It shows lifted dark fruit, spice, chocolate, and jube aromas on the nose.

Palate: The palate is rich and full bodied, with great weight and length. Roasted meat and chocolate characters dominate, balanced well with charry, spicy oak and pleasant soft dusty tannins on the finish. This is an elegant wine with nice balance and structure.
