COLOUR: Medium red with ruby highlights.

NOSE: Floral aromas and hints of strawberry, dusty cherry and freshly roasted coffee beans.

PALATE: Dried strawberry, raspberry coulis and coffee bean are interwoven with well-balanced acidity and firm tannins. The finish is clean and dry with hints of sweet bramble fruit integrated with dark roasted nuts and deftly handled toasty oak.

This Pinot Noir will pair well with Roast Duck with Pot Roasted Vegetables seasoned with Thyme, Coq Au Vin or Veal Casserole with Couscous and Roast Eggplant.
