A powerful and complex wine thanks to the innovative use of whisky barrels as part of the finishing. This gives a subtle twist to a traditional Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon blend which showcases premium fruit from the Limestone Coast.

AROMA: A complex nose of enticing rich aromas, such as toffee, cr me caramel and honeycomb, enhanced by cedar and nutmeg spice.

PALATE: The dark chocolate of the Shiraz is joined by rich cassis from the Cabernet Sauvignon, with waffle-cone vanilla and finished with silky, mouth-filling tannins.

FOOD PAIRING: Beef ribs, marinated and slowly roasted over coals, or marinated beef or lamb cooked on the BBQ.
