Crafted from a blend of King Valley Sangiovese, Barbera and Nebbiolo, our 2021 Rosato is bright, fresh and full of vibrant fruit. It starts with a bouquet of wild strawberries and a touch of watermelon, then the palate reveals layers of fresh red fruits, spice and racy acidity. The finish dry and as crisp as a Granny Smith apple, fresh from the tree. Like all of our wines, the Rosato sings with food think salumi and antipasti but you may find food is not needed, if the sun is out.
