This small batch Ros is a unique blend of Grenache and Barbera. Partially fermented in French oak to give a subtle savoury complexity. Generous palate with purity of fruit, new season strawberries, citrus and grapefruit with subtle biscotti and pistachio. Good balanced acidity, rich and round palate with good persistence and a mild savoury dry finish.

This Ros will pair well with Pork, Vegetarian, Poultry, Rich Fish (Salmon, Tuna), Appetizers and Snacks, Mild and Soft Cheeses.
