Aromas and flavors of powdered sugar, sugar coated tart strawberry, lime, and vanilla with a satiny, vibrant, effervescent, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a seamless, interesting, medium-length finish that presents notes of elderflower and apricot, pickled raspberry, tangelo, and cantaloupe. A pleasing and easy sipping Ros with a touch of red fruits; extremely food friendly.

Perfect as an aperitif. Serve with appetizers and snacks, cured meats, shellfish as well as vegetarian dishes.
