Organic, single-vineyard wine from Marlborough, New Zealand, made with minimal intervention. Fermented using wild yeasts, with around 35% in old puncheons (oak barrels). Followed by malolactic fermentation in barrel and incorporating lees stirring to enhance texture and complexity. Nose: Undertones of tropical fruit passionfruit, grapefruit, peach alongside floral elderflower and citrus elements, with a hint of oak-derived spice.

Palate: Dry and zesty, with a fresh, soft mouthfeel. There's a textured, floral-citrus profile balanced by crisp acidity and a mineral finish.

Bottle Appearance: Colors described range from gleaming yellow to light straw, signaling vibrancy and purity.

This Sauvignon Blanc will pair perfectly with Shellfish, vegetables, cheeses great as a stand-alone sipper too.
