Light gold in colour, our Storm Bay Sparkling is befitting of any special occasion. Peaches and vanilla on the nose with notes of creamy, savoury complexity on the palate.

Appearance: Pale straw with fine, elegant bubbles rising consistently in the glass.

Aroma: Aromas of fresh lemon zest, Granny Smith apples, white florals, and a delicate note of shortbread or biscuit from yeast ageing.

Palate: Crisp and dry with high acidity, showing flavours of citrus, green apple, and nashi pear. The mid-palate is creamy yet light, with a refreshingly zesty finish.

Serving Temperature: Best served well chilled, at 6 8 C.
