Aroma / Nose: Citrus and tree fruit (melon, peach, apple) dominate; touches of toasty oak; maybe vanilla or butter from oak / malolactic influence.

Flavour / Palate: Melon, peach, lemon or other light citrus; creamy texture; oak present but not overpowering; softness from oak/malo/possibly some creaminess in mouthfeel.

Enjoy with Seafood / Fish, Poultry, Pasta / Risotto (Creamy pastas), Soft cheeses and Vegetables in creamy sauces. Serve chilled, around 10-12 C.
