A bright, perfumed medium bodied wine. The Shiraz component is made with the carbonic maceration technique.

The perfect lunch or summer wine with its vibrant aromas and crunchy red fruits.

A core of sweet red/black cherry comes draped in twiggy spice, garden herbs and mint.
No sign of oak, in flavour terms, though there s a touch of velvet to the texture. This looks good from all angles.
