This Champagne is made with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. Champagne Jacquart has a sophisticated house style which is dry, textured and balanced. It is an excellent aperitif or accompaniment to fine hors-d'oeuvres. The Brut Mosaique, Champagne Jacquart's Non-Vintage release in its house style, is a pale yellow colour with tints of white gold and a stream of fine bubbles. Aromas of fresh pear, fig and almond, with hints of orange flower along with richer notes of honey and freshly baked bread. A fresh and supple palate with a long and fruity finish, fresh green apple hints accompany citrus minerality and brioche.
