Delicate salmon pink in colour. Ethereal aromas of rose florals, strawberries and bergamot are layered with nuances of fresh baked brioche, vanilla bean and sweet spice. The palate is pure elegance, the epitome of Tasmanian Pinot Noir, brimming with raspberry and strawberry fruit flavours. These blend harmoniously with fine, creamy texture and richness in the mid-palate, adorned with sweet brioche and nougat flavours from time on yeast lees. Barrel fermentation adds an extra layer of complexity, fine tannin texture and lovely fresh, natural acidity takes the palate to a lingering, refreshing finish.

Perfect as an aperitif or to accompany a special meal. Try it with tuna sashimi; freshwater trout; freshly caught lobster; or roasted beetroot and cumin dip with toasted pita bread.
