Fermented entirely in seasoned French oak, and held on lees for four months with regular stirring, this wine is resplendent with bright tropical fruits, in perfect harmony with the complexities provided by the lees contact. Baking spice, brioche, and cashew butter are balanced with lemon lime curd acid. Drinking well now but has the potential to age for 5-7 years.

Reach for this wine as you would a Chardonnay. Try homemade pasta with a cream based sauce, fresh asparagus, and plenty of parmesan.
