Margaret River Grenache grown on the Three Hills Vineyard in Karridale handpicked, crushed into open topped fermenters. Spontaneous fermentation with natural yeast, pressed into old barrels. No fining, no filtration, and no stabilisation - nothing added, nothing taken away. The wine is all cinnamon and liquorice, spicy and delicious.

Pair with a summer salad, a light grazing board with cheese and cured meats, or seafood.
