Aurelia Prestige Cuvee is crafted from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from specially selected cool climate sites in Pemberton, Western Australia a region of great beauty, producing wines of renown. Harvested at night, the grapes were softly pressed to deliver an elegant structure, with malolactic fermentation and yeast lees maturation adding creaminess, richness and complexity. An elegant yet flavoursome sparkling wine, pale gold in colour, with vibrant apple and citrus notes and a creamy, lingering finish.

Ideal as an aperitif or served with appetizers. Soft white cheese, smoked salmon and oysters. Pan seared salmon, pork tenderloin and roasted vegetables.
