La Chablisienne Pas Si Petit Chablis is a brilliant pale gold colour, limpid and brilliant. The nose opens with citrus notes complemented by a refreshing vegetable hint. It then develops on a mineral touch. On the palate, the wine is tonic, salivating, with a good length. Its balance promises an interesting evolution of this Petit Chablis.

This wine is a perfect wine to pair with fresh white fish or fresh shellfish (oysters with a splash of lemon juice are a big tick), and grilled prawns with a fresh citrus sauce will also be a winner too. Vietnamese-style chicken salad is also a great pairing if you're feeling something more substantial too.
