Colour: Vibrant lemon with a hint of light green.
Nose: Fleshy lemon and lime with supple citrus blossom.
Palate: Lime over lemon with balanced and approachable acidity.

Semillon is a versatile white wine that pairs wonderfully with various dishes. Oysters: Especially with an Asian dressing the best match bar none. Fresh Crab, Clams, Sashimi, Seafood Salads, Spring Vegetables: Asparagus and peas; a pasta primavera would work well.
