Giesen Organic Sauvignon Blanc is a pale straw coloured wine displaying slight green hues throughout. This enticing Sauvignon Blanc gives off exquisite scents of lime leaf, lemon grass, passionfruit, snow pea and elder flower from the perfumed bouquet, with light hints of crushed nettles and citrus following close behind.

The vibrant and intense palate is rife with citrus flavours, with lovely mineral elements offering a long and exciting finish. This delightful white wine has the potential to be cellared for about 3 years.
