Intense yellow with silver highlights, of great clarity. Nose: Powerful aroma. Notes of sweet almonds combined with exotic fruits (ripe pineapple, mango, coconut). The aromatic richness is perfectly in harmony with the clay content of the vineyard.

Very smooth wine, very generous in terms of volume. The same aromatic profile of exotic fruits is present, along with toasted cereals. The richness is balanced by increasing tension and salinity, giving the wine great aging potential.

Food Pairing: Ceviche of sea bream with mango and chorizo, saut ed mushrooms with a creamy garlic sauce, apple-kiwi crumble, strong Jura cheeses.
