Intensely flavored with a fine chalky acidity, delivering vibrancy and length. A harmonious balance between fruit intensity, texture, and freshness.Long and structured finish, with an elegant persistence.

Recommended to be served at 10-12 C. This allows the wine to fully express its complex aromas and flavors. This wine will accompany fresh seafood, poultry, creamy pasta dishes and soft cheeses.
