Colour: Pale apricot tinged colour with a watery hue

Aroma: Exotic ripe pear, Jonathan apple and musk scents leap from the glass trailed by hints of honeysuckle and rosewater.

Palate: Luscious ripe pear and apple flavours meld into a back drop of musk and spice. Full, round and fleshy in its feel it finishes with a lick of brisk acidity on what is a lengthy aftertaste.

Pinot Gris is best served chilled, ideally between 6-8 C to preserve its crispness and enhance its aromatic qualities. With its crisp acidity and subtle fruit flavors, it pairs wonderfully with seafood, light pasta dishes, salads, and certain cheeses.
