At 21 months of age on release, this wine still has a luminous pale green colour with pale yellow tints. A fragrant nose of lemongrass and orange citrus blossom, typical of young Hunter Semillon. Beautiful fruit weight, with Tahitian lime flavours complemented by a juicy acid line that keeps the flavour lingering. A wine that is drinking well now but will only build in complexity if given time.

Ready for immediate enjoyment. Try pairing with your favourite Asian dishes and any seafood, especially freshly shucked oysters.
