Aromas of dried lime skin, hints of bay leaf, and spiced lime. There is a grapefruit element to this wine, with undertones of coconut water and concentrated lime cordial. An absolute powerhouse on the palate. Intense lime cordial, grapefruit skin and pith, a hit of spice then back to limes, toast and a drive that punches through the palate.

Pair with oysters, grilled fish, Thai/Asian dishes, citrus salads and soft cheeses.
