Pale straw in colour with a hint of green. Lifted andfragrant, this wine has intense aromas of rosewateressence, pink apples, lime curd and a hint of bath salts.The palate has lovely balance with flavours of pear,lychee and lime zest underpinned by subtle,savoury texture. The lingering fruit persistence iscomplemented by long, slatey acidity.

Enjoy with panfried Tasmanian scallops on a bed of creamy mash andlemon butter sauce, or seaweed rice crackers withlemon chilli hummus.
