Pale gold in colour with green hues. Intense classic limefruit aromas. The bottle aged characters of toast, cloveoil and marmalade have started to emerge and combine withthe still fresh citrus and white flowers of its youth.Shows great length and depth with concentrated power,pristine fresh lime cordial overlaid with toasted brioche,sage oil and lime marmalade. The wine finishes with afresh but soft natural acidity which balances the flavourintensity. This wine will continue to age gracefully in thebottle for 10 or more years.

Enjoy with five spice glazed duck breast, seared scallopsand lemon butter sauce or roasted cauliflower salad.
