Straw in colour with hints of green. Citrusblossom and white nectarine aromas withhints of cashews and a touch of flint. Theseflavours are joined on the palate by preservedlemons, oyster shell and peach skin. A mediumto full bodied wine that has a savoury andslightly salty oyster shell feel on the mid-palatethat leads into a long, mineral finish.
