• Eating a waterlogged crab or lobster is like biting in to a cherry tomato ; you always wind up wishing you had worn a raincoat !!
• After steaming or boiling, break open the body of the crab and let the excess water drain out
• For lobster, cut the tip of each claw and hold it by the tail
• Approximately 14cm in length
